Planning permission has been recently been approved under Class Q to convert 4 existing traditional barns into new residential homes. More information will follow.

Our latest development is in Marnhull, North Dorset. The pair of attractive three bedroom cottages are built in natural Marnhull stone to the front and rear facades. In addition traditional face brickwork to the gable ends and cottage style windows and doors, in keeping with the  local area.

January  - 2020

The Parish Council have arranged for the Stonevale Homes Developer to display their proposals on the Sydenhams site at Maiden Bradley Memorial Hall on the 8th January 2020 2.00pm to 8.00pm.
Parishioners are asked to make a note in their diaries of this consultation and are encouraged to attend to ask questions re the proposals that will be in display. The Parish Council will make its comments as a statutory consultee when it receives the Planning Application from Wiltshire Council Planning Department. Check out here for more information.
